Moyglass 4 Mile Road Race

On new years day two dedicated Carrick AC runners took part in the Moyglass 4 mile road race, they were Tommy Falconer who finished in 12th place in a time of 23.43 and Cornelius McFadden who finished 20th in 24.41.
Senior Indoor Championships Nenagh

Carrick Ac's Martina O'Dwyer was the only club runner to take part in the championships. Well done to Martina who finished 3rd in the 3000m in (10.49) a new P.B for her and the start of a good year ahead, Martina is competing in the senior AAI Novice cross country championships which will be held in Tullamore next weekend.
Super Valu Winter League back on Tuesday 11th
The Super-Valu winter league starts back this week so just a reminder to make sure that you bring along a reflective bib and your number. If you are thinking of joining the league it cost just €3 and registration is from 6.30pm at Kildalton College, Piltown every Tuesday evening.
Club membership is now due for renewal and membership forms are available at the winter league.
