On Sunday the 26th December fifteen Carrick AC runners made their way to Clonmel to take part in the St. Stephen's day annual 4 mile road race. First home for Carrick was Pat O'Sullivan in(21.18) and was 2nd in the 0/40 category. In 46th place Cornelius McFadden (24.13), 50th. Johnny Brunnock (24.28), 54th.Michael O'Connell (24.44), 70th.Tom Egan (25.47), 79th. Andrew O'Meara (26.21), 85th.Andrew Downey (26.43), 118th.Paddy Brunnock (28.32), 128th.Gordon Collins (29.06), 158th.Ann Cronin (31.38) 2nd 0/45, 159th.Geraldine Houlihan (31.40), 190th. Bernie Sexton (34.42) 1st 0/55, 201. Susan Collins (36.33), 206. David Drohan (38.21), 212. Geraldine Cleary (39.28).
Baldyman Beach Run 2010 Monday 27th December
Carrick AC had eight runners participating in this event which is held in Tramore Co. Waterford. In 14th place was Tommy Falconer (36.17), 25th. Martina O'Dwyer who was first lady home to win in (38.01), 33rd. Gerard Conlon (39.23), 38th. David Foley (39.43), 40th Mark Murphy (39.57), 69th. Stephen Gough (43.03), 97th Matt Greene (45.03), 164th Geraldine Houlihan (52.36).
