'My Dress' Autumn One-Mile Challenge

This Tuesday, September 3rd, sees the start of the annual Autumn Challenge which is once again very kindly sponsored by 'My Dress', Carrick-on-Suir. Each week runners will tackle the one-mile distance at the Sean Kelly Sports Centre and will be officially timed . Prizes will be awarded at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels so this series affords an ideal opportunity for all runners from the complete beginner to the more experienced athletes. Over the past few years many beginners have used this series as a stepping-stone to participating in the club's enormously popular Winter league over the 5k distance. The one-mile run will start each week at 7 pm sharp in the field just behind the Sean Kelly Sports Centre and entry is just €2. For further details contact Susan 087-2931430
