Super Valu Winter League
Tuesday 16th November
On Tuesday last, runner's participating in the winter league braved the elements to run the 5k course in Kildalton College. Despite the fierce wind and rain there were a good number of runner's taking part on the night and still new runner's signing up which is great to see. Patrick Roche was one of the front runners along with Martina O'Dwyer who were not put off by the weather conditions and well done to everyone who ran on the night. As the week's progress we will see how the league is shaping up and who is making improvements in their times. This week each runner will have a handicap to start on based on your times from the previous week, the clock will start at 7pm sharp registration is from 6.30pm and is three euro to enter each week, and a reflective bib is essential.

Annual Flag Day
Saturday November 20th
The club would to thank the public for their generosity in supporting our flag day, as it is our main fundraiser for the year. Also a sincere thank you to all club members who volunteered to help out on the day. Thanks also to Brenden Mulvanny for his continued help and support each year.
