Club A.G.M. This Monday
The Annual General Meeting of Carrick Roadrunners A.C. will be held in the Carraig Hotel, Carrick-on-Suir on this Monday, January 13th, from 8pm. This meeting gives all our members an opportunity to air their views and to become involved in the future development of our club. All members are invited to attend.
Weekly Training
After the Christmas break, many of us need a little incentive to return to the routine of training and to burn off the excess calories. Carrick Roadrunners' weekly training nights will commence on Tuesday, January 21st at 7 pm in Kildalton College, Piltown. These sessions provide runners of all abilities with an opportunity to meet and train with runners of a similar level. There will also be coaching for all participants from running coach, James Sullivan. For full information on this series just come along to Kildalton on January 21st.
