Many thanks to the 54 runners who turned up and to the 140 runners who took part in what was an excellent Winter League for the club. We hope to see you all next Saturday in the Carraig Hotel from 8 pm when our prizewinners will be announced - all are welcome as there are many prizes on offer and it promises to be a great way to conclude the club's activities for 2012.
We will be starting 2013 with a Fit-4-Life series of events with running coach James Sullivan in early January - this starts on Tuesday 8th January in Kildalton College at 7 pm with a registration/information night and continues for the following three Tuesdays at 7 pm in Kildalton. Runners of all levels will be catered for at these sessions and we hope to see you there - further details to follow on our fixtures calender.
