SuperValu Winter League
The 2012 Supervalu Winter League has reached the half-way stage and last week's run produced some very impressive performances from runners in the various groups. Patrick Roche was the fastest runner on the night, recording a time of 16:14, while Martina O' Dwyer led the ladies home in 17:34. The top ten points scorers were as follows:

Flag Day
The club's annual Flag Day will be held in Carrick-on-Suir on Saturday, November 24th. The club would be very grateful for the assistance of any members at the collection points around the town.Please contact any of the committee members if you are willing to lend a helping hand at any time on this date.
Brickey Run
The annual Brickey run took place in West Waterford last Sunday. Well done to Geraldine Houlihan, our club's sole representative, who finished in a time of 44:57.
