O’Reilly Butchers 4 Mile Road Race, West Waterford AC (1100 hrs Sunday 16 February 2020)
O’Reilly Butchers Kilmacthomas 4 mile road race 2020 got under way on Sunday 16th February at the village of Kilmacthomas, Co Waterford. This race is hosted by West Waterford AC and monies raised donated to Kilmac Tidy Towns. Congratulations to Mary Molly who ran a great race to win and finish in 26.12. Also well done to Miguel Ponce De Leon finishing in 26.29 followed with fine running from Sean Dunne in 31.34, Bernie Sexton in 33.56, Derek O’Dwyer in 34.25, Leanne Phelan in 34.33, Ann Cronin in 35.13, Jackie Dunne in 35.34 and Ger Houlihan in 37.51.
Munster Senior& Master Indoor Championships, Nenagh Olympic (1130 hrs Sunday 16 February 2020)
The Munster Senior and Master Indoor Championship 2020 took place at Nenagh Co. Tipperary on Sunday 16th February 2020, with Strom Dennis brewing the Indoors were a ideal location for running and jumping in the shelter on the day.Well done to Richard Phelan who won a Gold medal in the o/35 Long Jump and Richard also winningSliver in the 60 Metre sprint in 7.65 Patrick Roche had a good race in o/40 1500 metres to finish in second place in4:46.89 taking a Sliver Munster medal.
