Carrick Road Runners Athletic Club, Co. Tipperary, Ireland

Supervalu Winter League

After two weeks of running against the clock, most of our winter league runners have now been graded into the different starting-time groups and many have already made significant improvements on their times for the 5k course. The clock starts at 7pm sharp so those in the earlier starting groups should make certain that they are in good time each week.
We are asking that all runners 'sign on' the stewarding rota for at least on e week so that everyone gets a chance to run the required number of nights. Last week saw 84 runners take part, so well done to everybody! Results for week 2 are in the results section of the website (http://www.carrickroadrunners.ie/content/view/163/40/)
